Set Up Your Company
Add your logo, branding, and company details so invoices look professional
Your company settings control how your business appears on every invoice, estimate, and PDF you send. Setting this up before your first invoice ensures clients receive a polished, branded document.
Company name and details
Go to Settings → Company and fill in your business name, address, and contact information. These details appear in the header of every invoice you send.
Logo
Upload your company logo to appear at the top of all invoices and PDFs. Supported formats are PNG, JPG, and SVG. For best results, use a horizontal logo with a transparent background — square logos also work well.
Pro: You can also upload a compact icon logo (typically a square icon or monogram) that's used in the client portal and app navigation.
Brand colors (Pro)
Choose an accent color that matches your brand. This color is used for buttons, links, and highlights in invoice emails and the client portal. Enter a hex code or use the color picker.
Invoice template (Pro)
Choose from three layout styles for your invoice PDFs:
| Template | Style |
|---|---|
| Classic | Traditional layout with a clear table-based line item list |
| Modern | Clean, spacious design with a bold header |
| Minimal | Simple and understated — lets your content lead |
The template applies to both the PDF download and the web view clients see when they open their invoice link.
