Team
Invite team members to share access to your AgentInvoice account
This feature is available on the Pro plan.
Team members have full access to your AgentInvoice account — they can create and send invoices, manage clients, and view all records, just as you can. This is useful for bookkeepers, virtual assistants, or business partners who manage your invoicing.
Inviting a team member
Go to Settings → Team and click Invite member.
Enter the person's email address and click Send invite. They'll receive an email with a link to accept the invitation and create their account (or log in if they already have one).
The invite link is valid for 7 days. If it expires, go back to Settings → Team and send a new invitation.
What team members can access
Team members share full access to:
- All invoices, estimates, and clients
- Recurring schedules
- Invoice and payment history
- Settings (company info, payment connections)
Each member logs in with their own account — they don't share your password.
Removing a team member
Go to Settings → Team and click Remove next to the member's name. They will immediately lose access to the account.
Leaving an account
If you're a team member and want to leave an account, go to Settings → Team and click Leave. The account owner will be notified.
