Branding

Customize how your business looks on invoices, PDFs, and the client portal

Your branding settings control how your business appears on every document you send. A polished, consistent look builds trust with clients and makes your invoices stand out.

Go to Settings → Branding to manage these options.

Upload your primary company logo to appear at the top of all invoices, estimates, and PDFs. Supported formats: PNG, JPG, SVG.

Tips for best results:

  • Use a horizontal or square logo with a transparent background
  • Minimum recommended size: 400px wide
  • Avoid logos with heavy padding — the file dimensions are used as-is

Icon logo (Pro)

Upload a compact icon or monogram logo for use in navigation and the client portal header. This is typically a square version of your logo — a symbol, initialism, or icon without the full business name.

Brand color (Pro)

Set a primary accent color that appears on buttons, links, and highlights in invoice emails and the client portal. Enter a hex code (e.g., #2563EB) or use the color picker.

Choose a color with enough contrast against white for good readability. If your brand uses a light color, consider using a slightly darker variant.

Invoice template (Pro)

Choose the layout style for invoice PDFs and the web invoice view clients see:

TemplateStyle
ClassicTraditional layout with a structured header and line item table
ModernBold header, generous whitespace, contemporary feel
MinimalClean and understated — content-first, minimal decoration

The template applies to all new invoices. Existing sent invoices continue to use the template that was active when they were sent.

Company details

Your business name, address, phone, and website appear in the invoice header under your logo. Update these any time in Settings → Company.

These details are also used to pre-fill the "From" section on every invoice.
